These terms govern your use of norrcotradingllc.com and any purchase from Norr & Co. Trading LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United States ("Norr & Co.", "we", "us"). By ordering, you agree to them.
Each piece is produced after you order it. Production takes 2–3 business days; tracked worldwide delivery typically takes 7–12 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs. These are estimates, not guarantees — peak seasons (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day) can add time, and we will always say so on the product page when they do.
Pieces are made from recycled 18k gold vermeil over sterling silver, or solid sterling silver, as stated on each product page. Vermeil lasts years with care: keep pieces dry, away from perfume and chlorine, and store them in the pouch provided. Natural variation in hand-finishing is part of the product, not a defect.
Prices are in US dollars and shown before any local taxes. Payment is processed by Stripe, PayPal, or Etsy; your payment relationship is with them under their terms. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have paid.
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.
All site content — designs, photographs, text — belongs to Norr & Co. You may not reproduce it commercially without written permission.
To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is capped at the amount you paid for the item concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law — and nothing reduces your statutory consumer rights in the US, UK, EU, or Australia.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection laws of your own country still apply to you.
